The daily test count dashboard is designed to let you quickly look for duplicate tests, no-shows that need to be rescheduled, or scheduled tests that needs reminders. Use the count at the end of the day to check against the number of samples you have before submitting them to the lab.
To see the daily test count, navigate to the dashboard via the menu (Menu -> Testing -> Daily Test Count).
You will see all the tests that are scheduled, collected, no-showed, and completed for the day. The tests are listed below. You can click on any of the tests to pull up a window to change the status of a test, or delete it.
The weekly test tracking dashboard allows you to see, by department, all cast/crew members and the tests that have been scheduled or completed in a week’s time. Color coding allows you to quickly spot when a person needs to have additional tests scheduled in a week. Department heads can view their department and ensure that those “on roster” have their tests in order – plus their dailies are scheduled when needed.
Navigate to the weekly test tracking dashboard (Menu -> Testing -> Weekly Tracking.
Those with administrative privileges will be able to view all departments. Use the dropdown to choose which department you’d like to view – or leave the dropdown blank to see all departments.
Use the “Tested Every Week” checkbox to indicate who is on-roster.
Use the Zone dropdowns to ensure everyone is categorized correctly.
Red rows indicate that a person is not scheduled for tests on the schedule outlined by the production.
Adding a department head allows that person to view the weekly test tracking dashboard (but only for the departments assigned). One person can be assigned to multiple departments, and departments can have multiple department heads.
To add a department head, search for the user using the searchbox. When you have the correct person, click “add”.
