Go to the test collection screen (Menu -> Testing -> Collect Tests). You will be prompted to select a session in which to start collecting tests.
If you have “Super Scheduler” privileges, you will see all collections for that day (across all platforms). Use the filters to narrow down the search if the day is too cluttered.
With the session open you will see all tests scheduled. Scroll down to see additional tests. When a person’s sample has been collected, toggle “Collected” on their entry. That row will fade out so that uncollected tests will be more visible.
Not everyone shows up exactly when scheduled. If you wish to add someone to the current collection session, you have several ways to add them.
Click the “Collect” button to reveal the user search module. Search for the person you’d like to collect.
Altenatively, click the QR Code button. A QR Code reader window will open. Have the person you’d like to collect show any green screen with a Venture Safe QR code on it (any one will do – even out of date green screens). The QR code scanner will pull the person’s profile out of the QR code and load them onto your screen.
Once you have the person you’d like to schedule selected, you can click the outlined “Collect” button. A test will be generated in the person’s name and added to the next available slot in your session schedule.
You will also see a list of other tests for which the person is scheduled (both in the future and past). To pull one of the listed scheduled tests into your current session, click the blue “Collect Now” button.
If you can’t find the person in your current session, you can search for them as described above. Their test that is scheduled for your current session will have a green “Collect Now” button. Click to mark the test collected and close the search module.
If someone is on the testing schedule in error, or if they did not show up for their test, note it and change the status of the test.
Click on the note icon or status to open the notes window.
To remove the person from the schedule, change status to “Pending”. The test will go to the Unassigned Tests on the scheduling page. Be sure and document a note as to why you are changing the status of the test.
To note a no-show without moving the test off the schedule, change status to “No-Show”.
