To utilize the QR Scanner, go to the menu and click “Admin Features” and then “QR Code Scanner”.
Choose the location you are working from the dropdown. Click on “Start Scan” to start the QR Code scanner (you may have to give permission for the app to use your phone’s camera).
Hold your phone so that you can see the user’s green screen’s QR code. Once the QR code is recognized, the user’s green screen will show on your own screen. The time and location of the scan will automatically be logged in the system and you can immediately start performing additional check-in’s.
If the user is showing a green screen that is not from today, it will ask you to have the user complete a more up-to-date screening.
To manually check-in a user, click the text "Check-in". Choose your location on the popup and click the check-in Button.
The dashboard shows which cast/crew have done a daily screening and whether they passed or received a red screen. To look for an individual, search using the Search for User box. You can filter by department using the dropdown. You can also show only those who have not checked-in using the toggle.
Click on a person’s name to see their contact information and COVID test history. Click on the person’s email address to start an email, click on the messages icon to text them, or click on the phone icon to call the user.
By default, CAST contact information is hidden. Contact your app’s administrator to receive permission to see CAST if needed.
On the Admin Page (Menu –> Admin Features – >Admin Page) you will see everyone that has logged in to the app for the production. There is a lot of information on this page so please give it time to load completely. Keeping user information up-to-date assists with the scheduling and tracking of COVID tests throughout production.
From here you can see who has checked in for the day and if they passed. Use the dropdowns to choose Zone designation and default testing location for each person. “On Roster” designation can be used to mean a person is a regular part of the production and will be tested regularly while “Off Roster” can mean they are daily workers, o/c, or CAST used intermittently.
Click on a person’s name to see their information, change their department, or to change their designation from “On Roster” to “Off Roster”.
